Galilean motion observer

One page, four moons. This is only a visual observer for the existing lab plant. It restores the old front/back motion view so you can see whether the moons truly reacquire independently after a common oscillator disturbance.

Native display rule: each moon’s visible recurrence is addressed first as A8 PHASE9 · 000₈→777₈. The normalized decimal coordinate φ = 0…1 remains available only as a secondary simulator/reference value.

After a common Δ / oscillator change, all three primary moons correctly enter RECALIBRATING together because the old pulse scale became stale at one instant. EARLY recovery remains independent; FULL qualification now uses an equal-duration window: Io 8 · Europa 4 · Ganymede 2 WEST→WEST spans.
